Her son had brought home a note that said, “A good school becomes a great school when parents get involved. Studies show that when parents are involved, their children are more successful.” How could she help? What could she do? She was a busy person. How much time would it take? Kim was unsure of where to start. She talked to Ben’s teacher. The teacher gave Kim some ideas . Kim began reviewing Ben’s homework each night. After supper, they would both sit at the table and look through his backpack. Kim reviewed papers that Ben brought home. Ben did his homework . Kim also had lunch at school with Ben twice a month. Ben loved when his mom came to school! A wide smile would appear on his face. It also proved to be a good way for Kim to get to know some of Ben’s classmates . Kim felt good. Ben was doing well. He was getting his homework done. He was getting good grades. He was friends with some very nice kids. Ben also felt good. He knew his mom cared about him while he was at school and at home . Definitions: ·Involve يورط –يستلزم (v) : to have a part in, or be a part of ·Succeed ينجح (v) : to do well; to have a good result ·Success نجــاح (n): a person that does well or a thing that goes well Listening Skill Flowers are Red He got some crayons and started to draw He put colors all over the paper For colors was what he saw And the teacher said.. What you doing' young man I'm painting' flowers he said She said... It's not the time for art young man Anyway, flowers are green and red There's a time for everything young man And a way it should be done You've got to show concern for everyone else For you're not the only one And she said ... Flowers are red Green leaves are green There's no need to see flowers any other way Than they way they always have been seen But the little boy said... There are so many colors in the rainbow So many colors in the morning sun So many colors in the flower and I see every one Well the teacher said.. You're saucy There's ways that things should be And you'll paint flowers the way they are So repeat after me ..... And she said... Flowers are red Green leaves are green There's no need to see flowers any other way Than they way they always have been seen But the little boy said... There are so many colors in the rainbow So many colors in the morning sun So many colors in the flower and I see every one The teacher put him in a corner She said.. It's for your own good.. And you won't come out 'til you get it right And all responding like you should Well finally, he got lonely Frightened thoughts filled his head And he went up to the teacher And this is what he said.. and he said Flowers are red, green leaves are green There's no need to see flowers any other way Than the way they always have been seen Time went by like it always does And they moved to another town And the little boy went to another school And this is what he found The teacher there was smilin' She said...Painting should be fun And there are so many colors in a flower So let's been every one But that little boy painted flowers In neat rows of green and red And when the teacher asked him why This is what he said.. and he said Flowers are red, green leaves are green There's no need to see flowers any other way Than the way they always have been seen . but they are must will be have children say There are so many colors in the rainbow So many colors in the morning sun So many colors in the flower and I see every one ترجمة ذهب الطفل في اليوم الأول للمدرسة حصل على بعض الطباشير الملونة وبدأ الرسم وضع الألوان في جميع انحاء الورقة كانت الألوان كما رأها وقال المعلمة ماذا تفعل أيها الشاب قال ألون الأزهار قالت هذا ليس وقت الفن أيها الشاب وعلى أي حال الأزهار خضراء وحمراء هناك وقت لكل شيء أيها الشاب والطريقة التي يجب أن تكون يجب أن تبدي اهتمامًا بالآخرين وليس لك وحدك وقالت : الزهور حمراء الاوراق الخضراء خضراء ليس هناك حاجة لرؤية الزهور بطريقة أخرى دائما بهذه الطريقة تُرى لكن الطفل قال : هناك العديد من الألوان في قوس قزح العديد من الألوان في شمس الصباح العديد من الألوان في الزهرة وأرى كل شخص حسنًا قالت المعلمة : أنت وقح هناك طرق يجب أن تكون عليها تلك الأشياء وأنت ستلون أزهار بتلك الطريقة إذاً أعد بعدي الزهور حمراء الاوراق الخضراء خضراء ليس هناك حاجة لرؤية الزهور بطريقة أخرى دائما بهذه الطريقة تُرى لكن الطفل قال : هناك العديد من الألوان في قوس قزح العديد من الألوان في شمس الصباح العديد من الألوان في الزهرة وأرى كل شخص وضعته المعلمة في الزاوية وقالت : هذا من أجل فائدتك الخاصة ولن تخرج حتى تفهمه بشكل صحيح وكل رد يجب أن يكون مثل مايجب حسنًا أخيرًا أصبح وحيدًا ملأت الأفكار المخيفة رأسه وذهب إلى المعلمة وهذا ما قاله قال: الزهور حمراء الاوراق الخضراء خضراء ليس هناك حاجة لرؤية الزهور بطريقة أخرى دائما بهذه الطريقة تُرى ومر الوقت مثل ما يكون دائمًا وانتقلوا لبلدة أخرى وذهب الطفل لمدرسة أخرى وهذا ما وجد كانت المعلمة هناك مبتسمة قالت : الرسم يجيب أن يكون مرحاً وهناك العديد من الألوان في الزهرة لذا دعونا رى كل شخص لكن ذلك الطفل لون الأزهار في الصفوف اللطيفة بالأخضر والأحمر وعندما سألته المعلمة لماذا هذا ما قاله .. وقال : الزهور حمراء الاوراق الخضراء خضراء ليس هناك حاجة لرؤية الزهور بطريقة أخرى دائما بهذه الطريقة تُرى لكن يجب أن يقول الأطفال : هناك العديد من الألوان في قوس قزح العديد من الألوان في شمس الصباح العديد من الألوان في الزهرة وأرى كل شخص
